• advise you on which software will best fit your requirements and pocket
• install the software at your site and set it up ready for use
• provide application training, for example in Sage (Instant, Line 50 and Payroll) and Iris
• provide, hand-holding support when you are first using the new software, in all or specific areas
  
  (e.g. vat returns or payroll year end)
• provide ongoing help and support as you may need it (for example at financial year end)
